As a Founder and Chairman of Nashville Cricket Association, Hitesh Talati has led the club from the front. He was involved in bringing cricket to Nashville and helping the club obtain permission from Metro Parks to use their White’s Creek ground exclusively for cricket. He is currently working on attracting corporate sponsorships from different industry segments. Under his guidance, the club members have fewer monetary worries and more time to enjoy what they love most – Cricket. He has been instrumental to get the Nashville Cricket Association in registering as non-profit organization. Hitesh has been connected with cricket all his life.He has represented his school and college in Mumbai while he played for various cricket clubs too. |

Nashville Cricket Association found a dynamic President in the form of Arun Paul, who is very instrumental in taking the club forward from the time of it’s inception. He is one of the main pillars of the club’s success. He is also the President of Tennessee Cricket League and is one of the key players responsible for the sucess of the league. He served the club as a Captain for 5 years before stepping down to take up the mantle of a senior batsman in the club. He has represented the University of Madras(India) in cricket and played the TNCA II Division in the 90’s. |

After two years with Nashville Cricket Association Srimanth Brindavanam was appointed the Captain of Nashville Cricket Association in 2008. He has been wearing more than one hat as a Secretary and Treasurer and is doing a magnificent job for the club in raising the standards of the club. To top it all he had the privilege to lead the team to their first Tennessee Cricket League Championship in the year of 2008. |

Jaideep Deshmukh is a senior member of the club and has often played some important knocks which have been instrumental in winning the games for NCA. In 2008, he was instrumental in winning the championship game with his smartbowling and cool headed batting and rightly being named Man of the Championship. He helps the captain on and off the field and his views are widely respected in the team and club. |

Aniket Borwankar is a senior member of the club and also the fastest bowler in the club. He is a diligent Tennessee Cricket League board representative from Nashville Cricket Association.He has played at University in Mumbai and Division Cricket in Mumbai. |
| Advertising Manager: Mridul Bajpai (PeopleSoft developer, State of Tennessee) |

As Advertising manager Mridul Bajpai is responsible for generating awareness about the club in the community. He is well connected in the Nashville Indian community and is an active member of the Indian Association of Nashville(IAN). He also supports the marketing manager in attracting new sponsorships and works towards involving the club in community service. He is a senior member and an explosive batsman of the club. |

Marketing manager is a major role in the club. Srivatsan’s primary responsibilty is to network with the potential sponsors and establish a working relationship with businesses interested in contributing towards the growth of cricket in Tennessee. He meets with prospective sponsors on a regular basis and works towards creating a win-win situation for the sponsors and the club. He is also responsible for club’s participation in community service. He is the Founder & Chairman of the Vanderbilt Cricket Club(VCC) and is well connected in the Vanderbilt Community. |

As the Web master of the club, Bharat is responsible for maintaining and updating the club website that is used to keep track of player availability during the season, match reports, scorecards and news for the season. He also keeps track of player statistics during the season which is key for selecting the award winners at the end of the season. |
